It comes with a Star Searcher accessory, 20 Star Cards and a sturdy tabletop aluminum tripod. Two interchangeable eyepieces produce 16X and 32X magnification. An illuminated cardholder displays any of the 20 plastic star cards, each which shows a constellation and the months it is visible. By using the built-in compass and matching the star pattern on the card with what is visible overhead, young astronomers can quickly find a constellation.
Comes with a soft nylon carrying case and a CD with facts and legends about the stars and constellations. Requires 2 "AA" batteries, not included. Adult supervision recommended. Some assembly required. Measures 9.5"L x 14"W x 19.5"H.
